On Thursday, May 28, partner Brock Bosson spoke as a program chair on the “Navigating the Rough Seas of Foreign Legal Compliance and Accelerating Compliance Enhancement” panel during the ABA International Law Section Virtual Annual Meeting. This panel of in-house and outside counsel discussed the cutting-edge issues that they encounter on a day-to-day basis and shared best practices for building and enhancing international compliance, investigations, and governance programs.
