Lewis Cohen, Sarah Chen, and Jason Schwartz Speak at PLI’s Developments in Decentralized Finance 2025

Lewis Cohen, co-chair of the CahillNXT Digital Assets and Emerging Technology practice, and partners Sarah Chen and Jason Schwartz will speak at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Developments in Decentralized Finance 2025.
Lewis will provide opening remarks at 9:00 a.m.
At 10:15 a.m., Lewis and Jason will speak on the “DeFi: Legal Wrappers and Structuring” panel, where they will discuss strategies for tackling corporate governance, DAO governance, and various aspects of liability management within a challenging and evolving environment.
At 11:30 a.m., Sarah will speak on the “Legal Ethics and DeFi: Case Studies” panel, where she will examine the legal ethics rules relevant to lawyers operating in different DeFi contexts.
At 12:30 p.m., Lewis will speak on the “DeFi: Strategy and Expectations for Regulatory Developments” panel, where he will review U.S. developments regarding current and proposed regulations that affect DeFi projects.
