SAVVIS Communication Completes $625 Million Credit Facility and Tender Offer

Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent, swing line lender and L/C issuer and Banc of America Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley Funding, Inc. as joint lead arrangers and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as arrangers in connection with a $625,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $550,000,000 Term B Loan and a $75,000,000 Revolving Credit Loan.
Cahill also represented Banc of America Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as dealer managers in connection with the cash tender offer for any and all of SAVVIS' outstanding 3.0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2012.
