Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent, swing line lender, L/C Issuer, and collateral agent and Banc of America Securities LLC as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunning manager in connection with a new $375,000,000 revolving credit facility for The William Carter Company.
