Cahill represented General Electric Capital Corporation, as administrative agent and collateral agent, in connection with Micro Acquisition Corp.'s $190,000,000 senior secured credit facility consisting of a $50,000,000 term A loan, a $105,000,000 term B loan and a $35,000,000 revolving credit facility. The proceeds were used to finance the acquisition of Internet Brands, Inc. by one or more affiliates of Hellman & Friedman LLC.
