Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Acquisition Financing for Academy Sports Outdoors

Cahill represented Morgan Stanley as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with the $840,000,000 Term Loan for Academy, Ltd. Cahill also represented JPMorgan Chase Bank and Barclays Bank in connection with the $650,000,000 revolving credit facility for Academy. The proceeds will be used to partially finance the acquisition of Academy by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
