Cahill Represents Underwriters in $450 Million Public Offering by R.R. Donnelley

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the public offering of $450,000,000 8.25% Notes due 2019 by R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. The proceeds of the offering will be used to finance a simultaneous tender offer for some of RR Donnelleys outstanding debt securities. Cahill also represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities as dealer managers in the tender offer.
