Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $300 Million Credit Facility by Tube City IMS

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan as administrative agent and J.P. Morgan Securities, Wells Fargo, BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse as lead arrangers in connection with a $300,000,000 term loan facility for Tube City IMS Corporation, a provider of outsourced industrial services to steel mills. The proceeds of the term loan facility were used to refinance Tube City’s existing term loan facility and senior subordinated notes.
