Cahill Represents Dealer Manager in Exchange Offer by The Bon-Ton Department Stores

Cahill represented Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith as dealer manager in connection with the exchange offer and consent solicitation by The Bon-Ton Department Stores, Inc. to exchange new 10 5/8% Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2017 for its outstanding 10 1/4% Senior Notes due 2014. Approximately $330 million of outstanding notes were tendered and accepted in the exchange offer.
