Cahill Represents Underwriters in $3 Billion Notes Offering by CIT Group

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with the public offering of $1,750,000,000 of 4.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2017 and $1,250,000,000 of 5.00% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2022 by CIT Group Inc. Proceeds from the offering were to be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
