Cahill represented Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Davy as joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $1,500,000,000 8.25% Senior Notes due 2020 by Digicel Group Limited. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
