Aircastle Completes $500 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented the joint book-running managers in connection with the issuance of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.25% Senior Notes due 2019 by Aircastle Limited. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
