Cahill Represents Underwriters in Common Stock Offering by Berry Plastics

Cahill represented Citigroup and BofA Merrill Lynch as lead book-running managers and the other underwriters in connection with the secondary public offering of 18,975,000 shares of common stock of Berry Plastics Group, Inc. (NYSE: BERY), a provider of plastic consumer packaging and engineered materials, which includes 2,475,000 shares allocated to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, resulting in gross proceeds of $322,575,000. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
