Cahill represented Barclays, Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley as joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.625% Senior Notes due 2019 by Ocwen Financial Corporation. Proceeds were used for general corporate purposes.
