Cahill Represents Financing Sources in Acquisition of GENEX Services by Apax Partners

Cahill represented Royal Bank of Canada, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and UBS Securities as lead arrangers, and Royal Bank of Canada as administrative agent, in connection with the $195,000,000 First Lien Term B loan, the $92,500,000 Second Lien Term B loan, and the $30,000,000 first lien revolving credit facility for Genex Holdings, Inc. and Gem Merger Sub., Inc. Proceeds were used in connection with the acquisition of GENEX Services by Apax Partners.
