Cahill Represents Underwriters in Public Offering by Amarin Corporation

Cahill represented Jefferies, Citigroup and the other underwriters in connection with a follow-on public offering by Amarin Corporation plc (NASDAQ: AMRN), resulting in gross proceeds of $65,005,935. The offering made available 24,265,000 American Depositary Shares, each representing one ordinary share, including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to advance the company’s cardiovascular outcomes trial and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
