Cahill represented SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, BofA Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan as joint book-running managers, Wells Fargo Securities as senior manager, and MUFG, BBVA, Fifth Third Securities, and KeyBanc Capital Markets as co-managers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $325,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Senior Notes due 2024 by AMN Healthcare, Inc., a leader and innovator in healthcare workforce solutions and staffing services in the United States. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
