Cahill represented BNP PARIBAS as global coordinator and physical bookrunner, J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank as joint book-runners, and the senior co-managers and co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of €400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2022 by Alliance Data Systems Corporation, a leading global provider of data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions serving large, consumer-based businesses in a variety of industries. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
