Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended & Restated Credit Facilities for Levi Strauss

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent, J.P. Morgan Securities as lead arranger and Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and HSBC as arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of Levi Strauss & Co.’s $850,000,000 asset-based revolving credit facility. Proceeds under the amended and restated facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
