Cahill represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. as initial purchasers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.375% senior notes due 2022 by Oxford Finance LLC and Oxford Finance Co-Issuer II Inc. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to refinance existing indebtedness, pay a dividend and for general corporate purposes.
