Cahill Announces Election of New Partners and Counsel

Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP announced today that Ann K. Creed and Christopher W. Clement have been elected to the partnership.

"We continue to strengthen our team to ensure that our clients receive the exceptional service to which they are accustomed. Cahill has just completed the highest revenue year in the firm’s history and we expect our newest partners to help us build on past successes."
Ms. Creed has been elected a partner in Cahill’s tax practice where she advises clients on federal income tax matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private equity and mezzanine investing.
Mr. Clement has been elected a partner in Cahill's capital markets and lending practice where he represents leading investment banks, commercial banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of financing transactions.
The Firm also announced Joshua D. Goldberg would become counsel to the corporate practice.
Partner David G. Januszewski has joined the Firm’s Executive Committee. Partners Brian T. Markley and Luis R. Penalver were named Firm Co-Administrative partners.
Continuing Cahill’s long-standing commitment to pro bono work, the Firm has named Artemis Anninos to serve as the Firm’s first dedicated, full-time Pro Bono Counsel. In this role, Ms. Anninos will work with the partners on the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee to continue to strengthen partnerships with leading nonprofit and community organizations and she will provide day-to-day oversight of the work that Cahill attorneys perform to provide the Firm’s pro bono clients with access to justice and opportunity.
