Cahill Represents Underwriters in Public Offering by Amarin Corporation

Cahill represented Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. as sole underwriter in connection with a follow-on primary offering of  approximately $70 million in proceeds of American Depositary Shares of Amarin Corporation plc (Nasdaq: AMRN), including shares issued on exercise of the underwriter’s green shoe option.  The proceeds from the offering are expected to be used to expand Amarin’s medical education and market awareness initiatives and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
