Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with the public offering by Amarin Corporation plc of 11,111,112 American Depositary Shares, each representing one ordinary share, resulting in approximately $195.3 million of proceeds to Amarin (before offering expenses). Amarin is a pharmaceutical company focused on the commercialization and development of therapeutics to improve cardiovascular health and reduce cardiovascular risk. Proceeds from the offering will be used to support ongoing commercialization of its approved cardiovascular product, to increase third party commercial supply of that product, and for general corporate purposes.
