Cahill Advises Lingo Communications in Acquisition of Impact Telecom

A Cahill Communications team of Chérie Kiser and Angela Collins served as special communications regulatory counsel to Lingo Communications, LLC in connection with its recent acquisition of Impact Telecom to create a combined company with total pro forma annual revenue of approximately $175 million and annual Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $24 million, including cost synergies.
