Cahill's DC communications team represented Cable One, Inc. as regulatory counsel on its recent acquisition of Fidelity Communications’ data, video, and voice business and related assets located in Arkansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas for $525.9 million in cash. Cable One, Inc. is a the 7th largest cable company and a leading broadband communications provider.
