Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $575 Million Credit Facilities for Virtu

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to an existing $525,000,000 Term B incremental credit facility and with a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility for Virtu, a leading financial technology firm. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used to refinance outstanding debt securities and for general corporate purposes.
