Cahill Represents Underwriters in $3.0 Billion in Notes Offerings for Charter Communications

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $1,600,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 2.800% senior secured notes due 2031 and $1,400,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 3.700% senior secured notes due 2051 by Charter Communications Operating, LLC and Charter Communications Operating Capital Corporation, subsidiaries of cable operator and broadband communications services provider Charter Communications, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
