Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.350% senior notes due 2030 and $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2.500% senior notes due 2050 of Activision Blizzard, Inc. Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay existing debt and for other general corporate purposes.
