Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.750% senior notes due 2031 by DaVita Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for redemption of issuer's 5.000% senior notes due 2025. DaVita (NYSE: DVA) is one of the largest providers of kidney care services in the United States and has been a leader in clinical quality and innovation for over 20 years.
