Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers and Initial Purchasers in Credit Facilities and Notes Offering for Consolidated Communications, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,250,000,000 term B credit facility and a $250,000,000 revolving credit facility for Consolidated Communications, Inc. (the “Company”). Cahill also represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior secured notes due 2028 by the Company. Proceeds from the credit facilities and concurrent debt offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
