Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $485 Million Notes Offering for Intelligent Packaging Limited Finco Inc. and Intelligent Packaging Limited Co-Issuer LLC

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $485,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes by Intelligent Packaging Limited Finco Inc. and Intelligent Packaging Limited Co-Issuer LLC, both subsidiaries of IPL Plastics Inc., a provider of plastic packaging solutions and manufacturer of specialty rigid packaging products used in the food, consumer, agricultural, logistics and environment end markets. Proceeds from the offering were used to fund a leveraged buyout and to refinance existing indebtedness.
