Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.065 Billion Credit Facilities for PAE Incorporated

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $740,000,000 term B credit facility and an Amendment to the $150,000,000 term B credit facility for PAE Incorporated. Cahill also represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to PAE Incorporated's existing revolving facility to increase the commitments thereunder to $175,000,000. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to fund an acquisition by the borrower, to refinance existing indebtedness, and for other general corporate purposes.
