Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment and maturity extension to the $450,000,000 asset-based revolving credit facility for Resolute Forest Products Inc., Resolute FP US Inc. and Resolute FP Canada Inc. Resolute Forest Products is a global leader in the forest products industry with a diverse range of products, including market pulp, tissue, wood products and papers.
