Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $365 Million Credit Facility for Opry Entertainment Group

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $300,000,000 term loan credit facility and a $65,000,000 revolving credit facility for Opry Entertainment Group (OEG), a subsidiary of Ryman Hospitality Properties Inc. (RHP). The financing was in connection with the $296 million strategic investment by Atairos and Atairos’ strategic partner, NBC Universal, in a 30% minority ownership stake in OEG. OEG includes a growing collection of iconic and emerging country music brands, including the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, WSM 650 AM and Ole Red. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used by RHP to repay indebtedness.
