Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with notes offerings totaling:

• $6 billon for HCA Inc.
• $1.5 billion for NortonLifeLock Inc.
• $2 billion for Tenet Healthcare Corporation.
• $1.2 billion for Churchill Downs Incorporated.
• $1 billion for Bausch Health Companies Inc.
• $700 million for Builders FirstSource, Inc.
• $1.2 billion and $1.5 billion for CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp., subsidiaries of Charter Communications, Inc.
