Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1.4 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.00% convertible senior notes due 2028 by Western Digital Corporation. The initial purchasers exercised their option to purchase an additional $200 million of notes. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
