Cahill represented Antares Capital LP as administrative agent and a group of private credit funds as lenders in connection with a first lien credit facility for Navex Topco, Inc. Navex is a provider of integrated risk and compliance management software and services. Proceeds of the financing were used to refinance existing credit facilities, to fund a distribution to Navex’s equityholders and to pay fees and expenses.
