Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $2 Billion Credit Facility for Charter Communications Operating, LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the Charter Communications Operating, LLC credit agreement that included, among other things, the incurrence of a new $2 billion tranche of term loans. A portion of the proceeds from the new term loans were used to repay a portion of the borrower’s existing term loans. Charter Communications, Inc.
