Cahill Represents Financing Sources in Acquisition of TRIUMPH Group

Cahill is representing the financing sources in connection with Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners’ acquisition of TRIUMPH Group, Inc., a company that designs, engineers, manufactures, repairs, and overhauls a broad portfolio of aerospace and defense systems and components.

The private equity firms involved plan to take the company private through a newly formed private entity for a total enterprise value of $3 billion.
