Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amendment to Light & Wonder’s $1 Billion Revolving Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the revolving credit facility for Light & Wonder International, Inc. in order to extend the maturity and increase the revolving commitments in an aggregate principal amount of $250 million.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
