Cahill represented private debt funds in connection with a first lien incremental term loan facility, incremental revolving loan commitments and delayed draw incremental term loan commitments.

Proceeds of the financing were used to fund the acquisition of a provider of commercial landscape design, installation, maintenance, irrigation, and construction services.
