Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amendment to Alpha Generation's Credit Facilities

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the credit facilities for Alpha Generation, LLC, which amendment consisted of a $250 million incremental Term B Loan facility, the repricing of the existing $1.9 billion Term B Loan facility and the repricing of the existing $700 million revolving credit facility.

Proceeds from the amendment will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing credit.

Alpha Generation manages and operates power generation facilities.
