Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in DaVita’s $3.5 Billion Credit Facility Refinancing

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $2 billion Term A credit facility and $1.5 billion revolving credit facility for DaVita Inc.

Proceeds from the refinancing facilities will be used to refinance the existing term A and revolving credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
