Cahill represented Ares Capital Corporation, a private credit fund, in connection with a $475 million senior secured Holdco credit facility for Steward Partners, an employee-owned independent financial services firm specializing in comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Proceeds were used to fund the redemption of an indirect minority equity interest in the borrower and for general corporate purposes.
