Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amendment to Syneos Health’s $2.8 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a maturity extension amendment to the $500 million  revolving credit facility and a repricing amendment to the $2.7 billion term loan B facility for Star Parent, operating as Syneos Health.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
