Cahill Represents Underwriters in Charter Communications’ $4.75 Billion Notes Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.05% senior secured notes due 2032 and a $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.6% senior secured notes due 2034 and a $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.95% senior secured notes due 2036 and a $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 7.85% senior secured notes due 2056 by Charter Communications Operating, LLC and Charter Communications Operating Capital Corp., wholly-owned subsidiaries of Charter Communications, Inc.


Proceeds from the offering were used to pay the cash consideration for Charter Communications, Inc.’s transaction with Cox Communications and for general corporate purposes.
