Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a secondary offering of 5,500,000 shares of common stock of PlayAGS, Inc. priced at $29.25 per share (NYSE: AGS), resulting in gross proceeds of $185,006,250. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares of common stock from the Selling Stockholder. PlayAGS did not sell any shares and did not receive any proceeds from the offering.
