Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A add-on offering of $500,0000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.250% senior notes due 2027 by MEDNAX, Inc., a leading provider of physician services including newborn, anesthesia, maternal-fetal, radiology and teleradiology, pediatric cardiology and other pediatric subspecialty care. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
