Colleen Tracy James is a first chair trial lawyer and Co-Chair of the Life Sciences Patent Litigation practice at Cahill. Recognized as a leading IP litigator, Colleen has extensive experience representing clients in patent litigations, post-grant proceedings and appellate disputes across a wide range of technologies, with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. She has represented some of the world’s most innovative companies in their most important IP disputes.
