Kayla Ghasemi is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where she focuses her practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on matters relating to banking and finance. Kayla represents leading investment banks, institutional investors, commercial banks and corporations in connection with public and private capital markets transactions, including debt offerings, high yield bond offerings, equity offerings, bank financings, syndicated institutional loans and asset backed loans in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, recapitalizations, bridge lending and loan commitments and other financing transactions.
